After starting a sober life, things change tremendously. You have probably heard people say, "..small things add up." That statement is very true, in many aspects of life. I will share an example, regarding alcoholism.
While under the influence of strong drink, such as a beer; it may feel good at first, but afterwards some users may feel they need it, to have a good day, or a good time.
If you feel this way, you are on your way to recovery. Recognizing that alone, is evidence that you are indeed, a healthy individual. Its just that sometimes in life, healthy individuals, can make unhealthy choices. We all know it isn't as easy as that, because part of being human, means we have to live with other people. Sometimes, society can be very unforgiving. So they may think they are helping your current situation, by bringing it to everyone's attention; they may be actually helping you get worst.
When you need a plumber, you talk to a plumber. With that said, sometimes, we may be seeking professional advice, from people, who are not professionals. Its important for us, to talk to the right people, at the right time.
If you feel your mountain is too tough to climb, God is free to talk to, at anytime. With that said, I hope this post, brings clear understanding, to humanity.
