I have always wondered, " Who was Saint Monica."
After Googling, 'Saint Monica', I am no longer surprised as to why our Bermudian street has had so many problems.
I will update this particular post, as I learn more.
According to 'wikipedia.org', Saint Monica patronized, or supported, the following:
Difficult marriages, disappointing children, victims of adultery or unfaithfulness, victims of (verbal) abuse, and conversion of relatives, Manaoag, Pangasinan,Philippines.
She also started out as a Catholic, the very religious sect that believes, man can change, God's laws.
It is no wonder why 42nd or Saint Monica's Road has faced so many issues.
Is it too late to change our street name into something more honourable?
